Common Issues
Widget not appearing on my site
- Confirm the snippet is pasted before the closing
</body>tag - Check the agent ID in the snippet matches your agent
- Disable ad blockers and test again
Agent gives wrong answers
- Review the attached knowledge base for outdated content
- Tighten the agent's system prompt — see Improve Agent Response
Calls not connecting
- Verify the phone number is provisioned and assigned to an agent
- Check your subscription includes voice minutes
